Our Vision

Bishops Bay Country Club’s vision is to be recognized as the leading private club in Madison, in the State of Wisconsin, the Midwest Region and the country. We strive to be recognized as an innovative club that embraces change and is constantly evolving. We want a membership that embraces their role as club owners and is actively engaged and supportive of the array of programming the club offers. Membership Process

We’re delighted you’re considering membership at Bishops Bay Country Club! Our goal is to ensure the process is as smooth as possible—and that our club culture is a good fit for your lifestyle and expectations. At Bishops Bay, relationships and long-term connections truly matter. We are currently updating our New Member Approval Process, so please reach out to our Membership Director for further instructions.

Membership Types & Details 

Membership at Bishops Bay continues to be in high demand.
We currently are on a waitlist for Full Golf Memberships, and availability across other categories is limited.

If you're interested in learning more about the Club, the best place to start is with our Membership Director. As a private club, we take a thoughtful approach to welcoming prospective members and getting to know one another.

We invite you to connect with Janet Hatch, our Membership Director, who can share additional information, answer any initial questions or schedule an in person tour. Out of respect for our members’ experience, we request tours be pre-arranged by appointment.
